Are there any lots available ready to build on now? Yes, Stage 1-6 are fully complete with some titled lots available. There are limited lots in Stages 1, 2 and 3 that range in size from 300-650sqm Are there any restrictions on what sort of home I can build? We have some design guidelines at Central Walk which are not overly restrictive but do encourage a higher quality built form. Click here to see the guidelines. These guidelines will ensure that all dwellings are of a minimum standard and have good street appeal which is designed to protect all purchasers investment. |
